Jackie cooks everything with fresh, local ingredients, relying on the only credentials she needs: growing up Italian and knowing great food. Sometimes, she even lets one of her celebrity chef friends into the kitchen.

Poolside cocktails and appetizers, followed by an intimate, family-style Italian dinner featuring a Bolognese showdown between Chef Salvo, former private chef to two Popes, and Jackie Botelho. Guests judge who makes the better Bolognese.
