As New York City’s only experiential concierge, Botelho delivers highly personalized access, strategy, and execution for individuals and organizations that expect more than a service; they expect a partner.
What Makes Us Experiential
Our attention to every detail and ability to turn a simple request or concept into the experience of a lifetime.
Personalized
A family arrived in NYC for the first time with three young kids and a packed wish list. We built their entire day around must-sees and nap schedules, embedded a photographer to capture every moment, and had a pedicab on standby when crosstown traffic threatened to derail it. They saw everything they wanted to see, and without any meltdowns.
Handpicked
A member called at 9am needing a complete wardrobe for two. Suits, a timepiece, gloves, and a full refresh for his wife. We arranged two personal shoppers, found boutiques within two blocks of each other that had exactly what they needed, and had a luxury car ready between every stop. Champagne was waiting in the dressing room. They left with everything they wanted and were done before lunch.
Immersive
A member wanted to host a dinner that would stand out to their most important clients. We partnered with one of the city's most sought-after restaurants and built the entire evening from the ground up. A cocktail class with the mixologist, a custom menu featuring each guest's logo, sommelier-led wine pairings, and a private kitchen and wine cellar tour. By the end of the night, their clients felt more like family.
Interactive
A member had seen every Broadway show, some of them twice. When they came to us wanting something no one else could offer, we secured backstage access to a brand new production still in rehearsals, before tickets were even available to the public. They watched the cast rehearse, met the stars, and saw the show before anyone else got a chance to.
Curated
A longtime New Yorker wanted something the city hadn't given them yet. We got them into a restaurant that doesn't take reservations, through the back alley, through the kitchen, straight to the best table in the house. The chef and owners came out personally. To cap the night, we got them the password to one of the only real speakeasies left in the city. An evening they didn't even know existed.
